Information we collect
When you fill out our quote form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of service you're interested in and any project details or notes you add. Only your name and phone number are required. We don't ask for payment information, and you don't need an account to use this site.
How your information is sent
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form-handling service. That service processes the submission only to deliver it to us. We don't store your form data in a public database on this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request and to arrange your quote. That means contacting you by phone, text or email about your project, answering your questions and scheduling an on-site look at your floor.
Who we share it with
To prepare your quote, we may share your contact details and project information with a local coating installer who serves your area. They receive it so they can look at your floor and give you a written quote. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with marketers.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use our pages, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where traffic comes from. This information is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond, arrange your quote and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you, and we will.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging home improvement work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
